Terms of Service
These are the terms you agree to when you use Source. They are written to be read, not to be impressive — where something limits what you can expect from us, it says so plainly.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Source is operated by Neuvikon, a şahıs şirketi (sole proprietorship) established in Türkiye (“Neuvikon”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at neuvikon@gmail.com.
By creating an account, signing in, or paying for a subscription, you accept these terms. If you are doing any of that for an employer or client, you are confirming you may bind them, and “you” means both of you.
2. What Source is
Source is a workspace for a team’s projects, tickets and written knowledge, with the coding agents already running in its terminals treated as participants: sessions are recorded against the ticket they ran on, and what they cost is attributed to a person, a project and a team.
We change Source continuously. Features are added, reworked and occasionally removed. We will not remove something you are paying for without telling you, but we do not promise that any particular feature is permanent.
3. Your account
- An account belongs to one person. Credentials are not to be shared — invite a teammate instead, and invite anyone who only needs to look as a viewer, which costs nothing.
- You must give a real email address and verify it. Until it is verified, sign-up does not produce a usable session.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping its credentials and agent keys safe. Tell us promptly if you think either is compromised.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
4. Organizations, and who controls what
Most of Source happens inside an organization. This matters more than it looks, because it decides who controls the content:
- An organization’s owners control it. They can rename it, change roles and permissions, remove members, export everything in it, and delete it along with everything inside. An organization can have several owners.
- Content you create inside an organization belongs to that organization, not to your personal account. Leaving it, or deleting your account, does not take the tickets, pages or comments you wrote with you.
- Your personal space is yours alone — personal pages, boards, todos and habits are visible to nobody else and go when your account goes.
- Between us, the organization is the controller of the personal data in its content and we are its processor. The Data Processing Addendum sets out that relationship and forms part of these terms.
5. Your content stays yours
You keep every right you have in what you put into Source. You grant us only the permission we need to actually run the service for you: to store your content, transmit it, display it back to the people you gave access to, back it up, and index it so search works. That permission lasts as long as we hold the content and ends when it is deleted.
We do not use your content to train machine-learning models, and we do not read it except where you ask us to — a support request you send us about a specific page, for instance — or where we are legally compelled to.
6. Coding agents and the CLI
Source records that an agent session happened and what it cost: which tool, which ticket, who it ran for, how long it ran, and how many tokens went in and out. It does not receive the prompts you send your coding agent, the agent's replies, or your source code. What an agent writes into a ticket, a comment or a page it wrote deliberately, the same as a person typing it.
- An agent key you generate acts with your authority inside the organization it was issued for. Anything an agent does with it is treated as done by you, and the audit log records it as your action by an agent. Revoke a key you no longer control.
- You are responsible for what your agents write. We do not review agent output before it lands in a ticket, a comment or a page, and we make no claim about whether it is correct.
- Token counts and costs are reported to us by your agent tooling, not measured by us. We show them faithfully and arrange them usefully; we cannot vouch for the numbers a third-party CLI hands us, and they are not a bill — your model provider bills you separately, and we never see that account.
- Use of your own API keys and model providers is between you and them, under their terms.
7. What you may not do
Do not use Source to:
- break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or store content you have no right to;
- store sensitive categories of personal data — health records, biometric data, government identifiers, payment card numbers, or anything about a child — which Source is not built to safeguard;
- attack, probe or scan the service, bypass its access checks, or work around the rate limits that keep one account from exhausting a shared resource;
- point an agent at systems you do not own or have permission to act on, or use Source to coordinate that;
- resell, sublicense or white-label the service, or copy it — reverse engineering is out except to the narrow extent the law says we cannot forbid it;
- misrepresent who you are, including signing up with someone else’s identity or address.
If something you are doing is unclear rather than clearly out of bounds, ask us first. We would rather answer than suspend.
8. Plans, seats and payment
- There is a free plan with fixed ceilings and a paid plan, Pro, without them. The current prices and limits are on the pricing page and are part of this agreement by reference.
- Pro is priced per seat: a base price that includes the first person, then a per-person amount for everyone else. Seats follow your roster rather than being bought in advance — invite someone and the next invoice includes them, remove them and it does not. An invitation that has not been accepted holds a seat against your plan’s ceiling but is not billed. Viewers never take a seat on any plan.
- Polar is our merchant of record. Checkout, your card, invoices, tax and refunds are handled by Polar, which is the seller named on your invoice. We never see or store your card details. Polar’s own terms apply to the payment itself.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; Pro then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed.
- Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it or Polar’s refund policy provides for it. If you believe you have been charged in error, write to us and we will look at it.
- We may change prices. An existing subscription keeps its price until the end of the current period, and we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change takes effect for you.
- Taxes are Polar’s responsibility as merchant of record. Prices are shown excluding any tax that applies where you are, unless the checkout says otherwise.
What happens if a subscription lapses
If an organization ends up holding more seats than its plan covers — a Pro subscription lapses, say, while twelve people are still in it — the organization goes read-only rather than losing anything. Everything in it stays readable and exportable; new writes are refused until the roster fits the plan again or the subscription is restored. Going over the project or ticket ceiling only refuses the next one, and leaves what is already there alone.
9. Availability, and what we do not promise
Source is a small, actively developed product and there is no service-level agreement behind it yet. We work to keep it up and we take backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may take it down for maintenance. If we ever do offer an SLA it will be a separate written commitment, not an implication of this paragraph.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Source can export an entire organization as a complete, readable archive at any time, and that facility is there to be used.
10. Suspension and ending the agreement
- You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription, or delete your account from your settings. Account deletion is not a flag we set — it runs a cascade that removes your personal content, your avatar, your agent keys, your notifications and your place in every organization. It cannot be undone.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 7, that is being used to harm the service or another user, or whose payment has failed and stayed unresolved after we have asked. Where the circumstances allow it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
- If we terminate an account for any reason other than a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.
- Export your data before you close an account or delete an organization. After the cascade has run we cannot recover it for you.
11. Our side of the intellectual property
Source — the software, its design, the name and the marks — stays ours. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, and nothing more. If you send us feedback or a feature idea we may act on it freely and without owing you anything, which is the only workable way to run a product people write in about.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, Source is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind — express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, or that output produced by a coding agent through it is accurate, safe or fit to ship.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, however caused.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation — and nothing in it displaces a consumer’s mandatory statutory rights. If you are a consumer in Türkiye or in the EU, the protections your local law gives you apply regardless of what this agreement says.
14. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you put into Source, because of something your agents did through it, or because of your breach of section 7, you will cover the reasonable costs and damages that result. We will tell you about such a claim promptly and let you take the lead in defending it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a change that materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email to the address on your account and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Source after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, cancel before then and tell us, and we will refund the unused part of the period.
16. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the law of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from it. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the right to bring proceedings in the country where you live or to rely on your home country’s mandatory consumer protections.
Before going to court, write to us. Nearly everything that looks like a dispute at this scale is a misunderstanding that one email resolves.
17. The rest
- These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Addendum, the sub-processor list and the pricing page are the whole agreement between us about Source, and replace anything said before.
- If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands and that provision is read down to the narrowest change that makes it work.
- Not enforcing something immediately is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- You may not assign this agreement without our consent. We may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, and will tell you if that happens.
- Sections 5, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive the end of this agreement.
